What You’ll Be Doing

• Cleaning and sanitizing homes and commercial spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, etc.)
   

• Following company checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality work
   

• Communicating professionally with clients and teammates
   

• Using our software to complete tasks and report issues
   

• Maintaining supplies and light equipment
   

• Reporting damages or concerns promptly
   

 
Requirements

• No cleaning experience required — we’ll train the right person
   

• A sharp eye for detail and a good work ethic
   

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
   

• Reliable personal transportation
   

• Comfortable working alone or with a teammate
   

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
   

• Option to work as a W2 employee or 1099 contractor
